Lucky 7 — Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the Lucky 7 promotion run by Pureformance Ltd. By placing an order during the promotion period you accept these terms.

1. The promoter

Pureformance Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 16210232), registered office 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU ("we", "us", "our").

2. Promotion period

The promotion runs from 00:00 on Sunday 29 November 2026 to 23:59 on Sunday 6 December 2026, UK time. Orders placed outside this period do not take part.

3. Who can take part

The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.

Employees of Pureformance Ltd, members of their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible.

4. Qualifying orders

An order qualifies if it is placed at pureformance.co.uk during the promotion period and is either:

a one-off purchase; or
the first payment of a new subscription, including a new Pure Sleep subscription.

The following do not qualify:

subscription renewals and any other recurring payment;
orders placed through TikTok Shop, through a wholesale account, or through any channel other than pureformance.co.uk;
orders placed by telephone or created manually by our staff;
test orders;
orders cancelled before they are numbered under clause 5.

5. How orders are counted

Qualifying orders are counted in the order they are placed, using the order time recorded by our website. Each qualifying order is given one number.

An order that has already been cancelled when the count is carried out does not receive a number. Once a number has been given it is final: numbers are not reassigned and the count is not re-run.

6. The prize

Every 7th qualifying order wins — the 7th, 14th, 21st and so on, counting across the whole promotion period.

The prize is a refund of the amount actually paid for that order, up to a maximum of £60 per order. Delivery is free on all orders, so the refund covers the full amount paid. Where more than £60 was paid, £60 is refunded and the balance is not.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable.

7. Discount codes

Discount codes may be used on qualifying orders in the normal way. Where a discount code has been used, the prize is a refund of the amount actually paid after the discount, subject to the £60 maximum.

8. Subscriptions

Where a winning order is the first payment of a new subscription, only that first payment is refunded. Later payments are charged at the normal price, and the subscription can be cancelled at any time in line with our usual subscription terms.

9. How winners are chosen and told

Each morning we count and number the previous day's qualifying orders. Winners are notified by email at the address given on their order, and their refund is processed, by the following morning.

The final count takes place on the morning of Monday 7 December 2026 and covers orders placed on Sunday 6 December 2026.

The surname and county of winners are available for one month after the promotion ends by writing to us at the address in clause 1 or emailing grow@pureformance.co.uk

10. Cancellations and returns

If a winning order is cancelled or returned after it has been numbered, the prize is not re-awarded to another order and the count is not re-run.

Where an order has already been refunded in full as a prize, a later return or cancellation of that order will not result in a further refund.

Our usual returns and refund policy otherwise applies.

11. Our prices

Our prices during the promotion period are the same as our normal prices. We do not increase any price for, or during, this promotion.

12. General

One entry per qualifying order.
We may exclude any order we reasonably believe has been placed to manipulate the count, and any order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.
If a winning order is later found to be fraudulent or otherwise ineligible, we may withhold or reclaim the prize.
We may amend these terms or withdraw the promotion where circumstances outside our reasonable control require it. Any change will be published on this page.
Our decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final.
We will process winners' names and email addresses in order to administer the promotion and pay the prize. We will not publish a winner's full name without their consent. Our privacy policy applies.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
This promotion and these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
