30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We're confident in what's inside every pouch. If you've given Pureformance a genuine trial and don't feel it's working for you, we'll refund your order in full — no awkward questions.
To be eligible, we ask that you've used the product for a minimum of 14 days before claiming — most of our ingredients need consistent daily use to take effect. The guarantee applies to your first order of each product, with one claim per customer per product.
The guarantee covers one pouch per order. For orders containing multiple pouches or bundles, a partial refund will be issued for one pouch at the pro-rata value paid (cost of the pouch minus the bundle discount).
To start a claim, simply contact us at grow@pureformance.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. Let us know which product you tried and briefly what you experienced. You don't need to return the pouch — just get in touch and we'll take it from there.
If your claim is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the payment.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at grow@pureformance.co.uk immediately with your order details and we'll make it right. Return postage for incorrect items will be covered by us.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please contact us to discuss your options and we'll find the best solution for you.
UK & EU Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. If you are based in the UK or European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without providing a justification. To exercise this right, contact us at grow@pureformance.co.uk. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging; return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.
