Nine ingredients, and what each one is doing
A long ingredient list looks impressive on the back of a pouch and usually does less work than a short one at proper doses. So we cut the ones that weren't earning their place and put the room into the ones that were. Everything below is per daily serving of two capsules.
KSM-66® ashwagandha from 500 mg to 600 mg, and shilajit from 300 mg to 500 mg.
Boron, vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 as MK-7.
Tongkat ali, black maca, fenugreek, and the ginger and cumin we used as absorption support.
Ashwagandha KSM-66®
600 mgUp from 500
The most widely studied branded root-only ashwagandha extract. Standardised to a minimum 5% withanolides by HPLC — 30 mg per serving — and traceable back to Ixoreal, who own the KSM-66 name.
Himalayan Shilajit
500 mgUp from 300
A mineral-rich resin collected at high altitude, standardised to a minimum 75% fulvic acid — 375 mg per serving. Standardised and lab-tested this time, rather than taken on trust.
Zinc
30 mg · bisglycinate
The mineral bound to an amino acid. This is the one ingredient in the pouch carrying an authorised testosterone claim in the UK, which is why it is here at a real dose.

Vitamin D3

Here for the sake of the zinc as much as its own. Sustained zinc intake can work against copper status, so the two belong in the same pouch.
